Thank heaven for Seven Eleven tech support. When I went to connect to the internet, everything seemed fine, until a little box popped up and told me to enter the password. I did, clicked ok, and the box popped up again. I wasn't having it, so I called tech support and they saved me. They fixed it. I love you, tech support.
